Change of date, traditional parade on November 28 in La Chorrera will be held one day before

Although the traditional parade on November 28 in the district of La Chorrera will not be moved to the capital, changes have been made to the day of its celebration.

According to the mayor of La Chorrera, Tomás Velásquez, the date for this festivity will be Sunday, November 27.

While the traditional torchlight parade will take place on Saturday, November 26, at 8:00 p.m.

Velásquez said that from 8:00 am on Sunday the protocol acts will begin at the Municipal Palace and later the parade.

The President of the Republic, Laurentino Cortizo, is expected to attend this national parade that closes the November anniversary celebrations.
