It is not there. The anti-corruption prosecutor Javier Pacheco revealed that the former judge Cesar Hinostroza has been unreachable for more than a month in Spain. He pointed out that the defendant should have been captured by the authorities of that country, but so far, there is no news of his whereabouts.
In an interview with TV Peru, he stated that on Thursday, June 2, Hinostroza did not go to sign the appearance that was imposed on him and that he must do before any court in that country.

The prosecutor reported that he was notified of the fact only on June 17 and immediately contacted the Spanish embassy and the State defense in Madrid. The authorities gave him three days to answer why he did not appear in court, but they did not get an answer.
In addition, he questioned the work of the Spanish prosecutor’s office because the Peruvian government insistently asked him to request the respective measures to prevent his escape.
He added that as of today, Hinostroza should already have been detained, but his location is unknown.
Hours later, some Peruvian tourists reported seeing Hinostroza Pariachi walking through the streets of Brussels, Belgium.
