”Javier Arce is neither a farmer, nor an agronomist, nor a specialist or anything. He justly has a brief technical career as an administrator and nothing more, but not to be Minister of Agriculture at a time when we have harvests in danger, the enormous deficit of fertilizers that are not being obtained in the quantity we need (. ..). I’m not saying he has degrees or doctorates, but he’s not even a farmer.” he pointed.
Likewise, Hildebrandt revealed that Arce visited peter castle a few months ago as Andean parliamentarian for Peru Libre. For this reason, he related a possible share of power of Vladimir Cerrón in the recent appointments.
“Mr. Castillo named him because he is his friend. On January 17, 2022, Mr. Arce met with the president and did so as Andean parliamentarian of Peru Libre. Cerronista, of course ”, he finished.
