The neighbor pointed out that since the administration of the previous mayor, Néstor Núñez de Morena, as well as in the current one with Sandra Cuevas, of the PRI, PAN, PRD alliance, the mayor’s office has done everything possible to hinder and ignore the sentences against the building where Toledo Rooftop is located.
“We made formal documents with the Parties Official, they completely ignore us. This year I went to the Cuauhtémoc Mayor’s Office for Litigation, the answer I got was ‘we do our job, if you are not happy you can file complaints with the Court,'” he said.
“I am not aware (that there is complicity), but how do you explain that in five months they do not revoke permits; they are looking for all the possible and imaginable excuses to not do their job and that is in this mayor’s office (with Sandra Cuevas) and in the previous one (with Néstor Núñez)”, Lalain pointed out.
