The Court of Honor and Discipline of Cambio Democrático (CD) set oral hearings for 15 deputies considered dissidents, who face a process of expulsion and revocation of mandate, for May 25, 26 and 27.
The party’s prosecutor, Raúl Andrade, explained that a recall of the mandate could not be requested if it were not within the statutes of the group. “We are not requesting an expulsion or revocation because we assume or are drawing subjective conclusions about their actions, that is contemplated in the statutes,” he stressed.
