Carriers Guild lifts stoppage after reaching an agreement with the Executive

President Pedro Castillo, the head of the PCM, Aníbal Torres, and the Minister of Transport and Communications, Nicolás Bustamante, signed an agreement to order the lifting of the strike after protests by carriers.
