Carolina Ache decided to resign from the Ciudadanos sector of the Colorado Party.
Through a brief letter sent this Tuesday to the leader of the sector, the Minister of the Environment, Adrián Peña, the former vice chancellor transmitted that her list, 919, ceased to belong to the group.
The letter, to which he agreed The Observeris signed by Ache as general secretary of the group and states the following: “I have come to inform you of the resolution of Group 919 to dissociate itself from the Citizens Sector of the Colorado Party.”
The decision was made a day after Ache decided to resign as vice chancellor minutes before Ciudadanos evaluated whether he would maintain his support.
The Colorado sector was analyzing its continuity after it became known that the Undersecretary of the Interior, Guillermo Maciel, had warned him that Sebastián Marset was a heavy and very dangerous drug trafficker whose release would be “terrible.”
