Candidates for 2023 primaries reject death threats against María Corina Machado

This is the second threat that María Corina Machado has received, after messages appeared on Wednesday, July 19, at the party headquarters in Zaraza (Guárico state), before the visit of the candidate to the llanera entity


Candidates for the 2023 primary elections expressed their rejection of the death threats received by the party’s candidate Sell ​​VenezuelaMaría Corina Machado, whose campaign headquarters in the state of Táchira woke up vandalized on Saturday, July 22 with messages in which the initials of the guerrilla of the National Liberation Army (ELN) stand out.

andres caleca, candidate of the Movement for Venezuela party, was the first to write a message from his official Twitter account: “The death threats by the ELN to María Corina Manchado, we must take as a threat to all of us, candidates or non-candidates. They are a threat to the country and its sovereignty. What does the FAN say? Are they going to keep quiet?” he said.

For his part, Andres Velasqueza candidate for the primaries for La Causa R, also published a message on his social networks in which he expressed his rejection of the threats against the Vente Venezuela candidate.

This is the second Vente Venezuela headquarters that has been vandalized this week, after messages appeared on Wednesday, July 19, at the party headquarters in Zaraza (Guárico state), before the visit of the candidate to the llanera entity.

Vente Táchira repudiated the facts and assured that the headquarters will be released on Monday, July 24. “This is the facade of the house of freedom that is going to be inaugurated this coming Monday in the García de Hevia Municipality in Táchira, this simply translates into fear and whatever they do, they will not stop us, we are going for Freedom, we are going to the end,” they emphasized.
