Until last Tuesday (7), the Você no Azul 2021 share of Caixa Econômica Federal registered R$ 3 billion in debts settled, with the regularization of 405,574 commercial contracts of more than 304 thousand individual and corporate clients.
The action aims to renegotiate debts of the bank’s customers that are in arrears. The forecast for the end of the campaign is on December 30th. Discounts can reach up to 90% of the debt amount, and the conditions vary according to the contracted credit profile and the delay.
According to Caixa, there are more than 3.6 million individuals and 350 thousand companies that still have the opportunity to settle their debts.

Customers can negotiate their debts through the sites www.caixa.gov.br/negociar and www.negociardividas.caixa.gov.br; telephone numbers 4004 0104 (capitals) and 0800 104 0104 (other regions), option 5; and WhatsApp, by calling 0800 104 0104, option 3. Conditions are also available on the twitter and through the Messenger of the Facebook.
Customers can also look for lottery units to pay amounts up to R$5,000, informing the CPF and the intention to pay the Você no Azul debt.
In Caminhão Você no Azul it is also possible to settle debts. During the month of December, the Truck will follow the following schedule: from the 13th to the 17th, in Porto Velho, Av Presidente Dutra, 2816 – Olária; from 20 to 30, in Rio de Janeiro, Largo da Carioca, in Rio Branco, Praça Plácido de Castro – Centro, and in Santos, Praça Visconde de Mauá – Centro.
