Caamaño arrived at the federal courts of Retirement.

The controller of the Federal Intelligence Agency (AFI), Cristina Caamaño, denounced this Wednesday that during the macrismo 105,000 wiretaps were stored irregularly in the intelligence agencywhen appearing before Judge Marcelo Martínez De Giorgi, who was in charge of the case for “illegal espionage” that was being processed in Lomas de Zamora

Caamaño arrived at the federal courts of Retiro to meet with the magistrate and deliver a letter where he reports the existence of these wiretaps and some of his transcripts, kept at the AFI headquarters and which he made available to him.

“I have come to tell Martínez De Giorgi that we have protected 105,000 audio files that correspond to different situations and that they were not destroyed when they were handed over to Justice”he explained in statements to the press upon his arrival at Comodoro Py 2002.

The official explained that it was a system authorized by the head of the AFI during the Cambiemos government, Gustavo Arribas, accused in the case of illegal espionage, through which the agency accessed online wiretaps that were carried out by Dadjudeco. , the office in charge of the subject dependent on the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation.

“This is a device called Sidea (Administration System), which was created by the macrista AFI,” he explained and maintained that the order had to have been given by former president Mauricio Macri.

“For me, the order had to come from the President; the objective was to listen online” as part of “illegal espionage,” Caamaño said.
