Brasilprev launches virtual course on private pension

Starting this week, those interested in learning about private pensions have access to a 100% free teaching platform. The first video course, on private pensions and financial planning, is taught by Professor Carlos Heitor Campani, from the Coppead Institute of Administration, at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Organized in three modules, the course has 19 lessons, which total 159 minutes in length.

Among the main lessons of the three modules are the differences in investments in the PGBL and VGBL plans, how they are taxed and the care needed when making the Income Tax. Students also receive guidance to start planning their finances today in a simple and uncomplicated way, with classes on the main types of fixed income and variable income investments.

in relation to podcast, the first episode is 50 minutes long. Also narrated by Professor Carlos Heitor Campani, he presents a video course summary. According to Brasilprev, the idea is that the podcast stimulate student interest in private pension, in order to attract them to these video courses.
