Bolivia registers the lowest number of deaths of the entire fourth wave, 5 in one day

Five deaths in the last 24 hours is the lowest record of people who lost their lives to coronavirus in this fourth wave that the country is experiencing. Patients from Cochabamba and La Paz were the five registered by the Ministry of Health.

On November 3, 2020, the lowest number of deaths was reported nationwide, three in total, It was the best data of the first wave. In the second wave of the virus on December 12, one death was reported throughout the country.

In 2021 when the country was facing the third wave, the lowest number of deaths was in September from last year with two deceased on September 25, that number would be repeated on other dates; Finally, on February 19, the lowest number of deaths occurred, five across the country. Thus, in Bolivia, 21,372 people have lost their lives due to the virus so far.

Also, the number of cases is one of the smallest, 467 cases this Saturday, although weekends always register fewer cases due to the number of laboratories that do not fully attend.

Half of these patients were registered in Santa Cruz 235 cases, La Paz 110, Cochabamba 65, Potosí 26, Chuquisaca 12, Tarija and Oruro eight cases each, Beni three cases and Pando closed, which did not register any cases of Covid-19. With these figures, the country has already reached 889,511 cases in the 23 months of the pandemic.

The recovered ones also have their figures, this Saturday Bolivia reached 767,166 people who defeated the virus and in the last 24 hours there were 1,606 recovered patients.

Cochabamba recorded the best number with 520, Santa Cruz 500, La Paz 307, Potosí 94, Chuquisaca 78, Tarija 56, Beni 31, Oruro 20 and Pando that did not register recovered people.
