The Ministry of Health confirmed that this Tuesday 799 cases of Covid-19 were registered nationwide. With this figure, the country accumulated 519,669 positives since the start of the pandemic.
According to the national report, Santa Cruz registered 341 infections; Cochabamba, 180; Tarija, 88; La Paz, 84; Chuquisaca, 56; Oruro, 29; Potosí, 11; Beni, eight, and Pando, two. Active cases are estimated at 20,273.

On this day, 583 people defeated the virus and the total number of recovered patients rises to 480,420.
Also, in the last hours six deaths were registered, this figure brings the total number of deaths to 18,976. According to the report, the country has already entered a fourth wave and the fatality rate is 0.8%.
