Bolivia drops to 2,954 Covid-19 cases this Saturday and there are no deaths

One day after the noisy La Paz celebration for the commemoration of his libertarian deed, the number of Covid-19 cases fell compared to Friday and reached 2,954 patients who were declared positive, with no deaths.

Cochabamba was the most affected department with 842 casesSanta Cruz 654, La Paz 605, Chuquisaca 331, Tarija 149, Potosí 129, Oruro 106, Beni 93 and Pando with 45 cases.

The overall number of Covid-19 cases in the 28 months of the pandemic reaches 968,212 patients, who were treated at health centers; while the deceased add up to 21,979.

As for those recovered, Headquarters throughout the country reported that 1,986 people. In total there are 902,599 patients who managed to defeat the virus in these 28 months.

Santa Cruz presented 840 recovered, Cochabamba 735, Chuquisaca 274, Beni 74, La Paz 49, Oruro seven, Potosí four, Tarija three and Pando did not register any. According to the authorities, the data of the cases always suffer a decrease on the weekend due to the attention provided by the laboratories.

According to government figures, so far 14,400,030 doses of vaccines were applied between the first, second, third, single dose and fourth dose to the different age groups of the five brands of vaccines that the Government bought.
