The withdrawal of the complaint filed by the Christian Democrats against Fuad Chahin for “disloyal administration” unleashed an earthquake within the community. The darts point to Felipe Delpin, mayor of La Granja, current president of the DC and who withdrew the legal action in the 7th Guarantee Court of Santiago.
Criticism against Delpin’s actions came from the other members of the DC Board of Directors, who question the “unilateral action” and who do not know “the reasons that the president of the party had for renouncing the defense of the patrimonial integrity of the Christian Democracy”.
