The opponent was arrested by Honduran Migration agents on October 20, after he tried to leave the neighboring country for the United States, along with some relatives, including his father.
«Beyker -Ferretti- spent four years in asylum in Costa Rica. He arrived in July 2018 after the persecution and siege by the Ortega regime, however, at the beginning of October of this year he decided to leave for Nicaragua to continue on to the United States,” the source reported.
He also details that when he crossed the Nicaraguan border legally, he had no problem, but when he stepped on Honduran soil, Migration agents from that country informed him that was circulated by Interpol, without specifying the alleged complaint.
“They put him in a cell and made a call to Nicaragua to inform them that they had him in custody, to which Nicaraguan Migration stated the case was closed, however, the Honduran authorities persisted in keeping him detained and it was at night. that it was learned that he had been handed over to Daniel Ortega’s police,” said the informant on condition of anonymity.
They add that human rights defenders called Honduran Migration not to make the transfer, “but Migration made the transfer expeditiously and did not give rise to the defense, they only responded to say that he had already been sent to the Nicaraguan authorities.” ».
Accused of the murder of the child Teyler Lorío
On November 12, Ferretti was charged by the Prosecutor for the murder of the 14-month-old baby Teyler Lorio Navarretekilled by an AK 47 rifle shot on June 23, 2018, in the Las Américas Uno sector in Managua, despite the fact that the minor’s relatives point out the crime to Ortega paramilitaries and police.

They demand that the Amnesty Law be applied
For her part, human rights defense lawyer Yonarqui Martínez pointed out that according to Law 996, its article one mentions the benefit of Amnesty to all these events of 2018, “in this sense, this case must be closed.”
Despite the accusations of the Prosecutor’s Office, Nelson Lorío Sandoval, father of the murdered child, denied through a video on social networks that Ferreti had committed the crime. In addition, he denounced that this is the third person that the Ortega regime wants to involve in the death of her baby.
“I come to testify that the young Beyker Ferretti, whom the genocidal guard is formally accusing, was not present the day that a paramilitary with a firearm (…) shot my son.”
In reference to the fact that the citizen had served in 2018 to testify against prisoners of conscience, sources say that he never appeared because he had already gone into exile in Costa Rica. “Beyker, in addition to being in a file as an alleged witness, the Prosecutor’s Office also accused him of other crimes, this is crazy because they first cite him as an alleged witness and then present him as a perpetrator, which means that the attack against him is solely for be an opponent.”
With Ferreti’s arrest, the list of political prisoners increases every day, reaching almost 230. Opponents demand that the Amnesty Law be applied in their favor, “because in addition to being innocent, they deserve to continue with their lives,” they demanded.
