A subject who dressed as a military man to commit fraud was arrested by Cicpc agents.
According to the scientific police report, the man was identified as Luis Manuel de Armas Vera, 46 years old, captured in the Las Casitas urbanization, Rancho Maladero sector, Barquisimeto (Lara).
This subject approached different communities offering to get food at low cost for which he demanded a certain amount of money. But then he fled without answering phone calls.
At the time of his arrest, several military clothing was seized. Luis Manuel was handed over to the 2nd Prosecutor’s Office of the Public Ministry of Lara state.
