The Liga BBVA Mx has a value of 2 thousand 329 million dollars, with an annual growth rate of 10% and is considered in the top ten of the leagues in the world with the most fans (188 million) and the sixth with the highest attendance ( an average of 23 thousand people per game).
Other figures that stand out from the national league are the 40 million dollars that the clubs invest in infrastructure and the 15.5 million followers it has on all social media platforms, which places it as the sixth largest in the world.
“The announcement we make is a sign that we will continue promoting actions that reflect our certainty about the great future that our nation has. This sponsorship endorses our commitment to Mexico, where we continue to invest, support our clients and work to build a better country.”
The executive president of the BBVA Mx League, Mikel Arriola, said that the alliance is important, because after nine years of working together, going through two years of pandemic and many efforts over time, BBVA Mexico reaffirms its confidence in the national football for two more years.
He explained that the axis of the renewal is to give a more social face with the joint work plan.
“The extension of the agreement will give us the opportunity to integrate and strengthen a joint agenda of social responsibility, seeking to return to our great fans, in different sectors, the trust they place in football day by day.
“This alliance will have a much more social face, in which we will address issues of inclusion for people with disabilities, education and financial training, and place special emphasis on equal opportunities for growth when we talk about gender.”
