In this sense, he narrated that the attacker dressed in black flannel is usually located near the press kiosk in the place: «It seems that he does not know my status as a revolutionary refugee and what this implies. This group has knocked me to the ground, it has damaged the posters.
Likewise, the Basque refugee pointed out that, at 9 in the morning, the General Directorate of Military Counterintelligence (Dgcim) at the corner of San Francisco ordered him to go further down towards the Pajaritos area, but he stood where La Ceiba is.

“I let it be known that they are not going to stop me and that I will continue to demand compliance with the rule of law in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela,” said Basque refugee Asier Guridi Zaloña.
He demands to comply with the order of the National Commission for Refugees (Conare) that Saime process the ID. “I think the most revolutionary act that I can do now is to ensure that Saime does not ignore the Refugee Law and does not leave refugees recognized by Conare undocumented,” he said.
