Some 1.8 tons of illicit substances were seized during strategic intelligence operations coordinated with the Public Ministry, among them Operations Effort, Interceptor, Magneto stand out.
In the Magneto Operation registered in the Tataré sector, district of Pacora, 411 packages with alleged illicit substances were seized, detected inside iron tube structures, which were in two containers and would be shipped at a local port bound for Europe.
Some 9 people were apprehended, including two of Colombian nationality, who were placed at the disposal of the competent authorities.
