Palo Verde.- The authorities of the municipal district of this town and dozens of community members protested against the presence of Haitians in the community of Green stickProvince Montecristi.
The reason for the protest was driven by the rape of a woman and the theft of a pasola.
The demonstration took place in front of the Palo Verde District Board, where the event occurred, although the name of the attacked woman is unknown.
According to reports, two foreigners came to the house where the domestic was, and with a knife in their hands they forced her to have sexual relations.
The Haitians also escaped from a motorcycle, a pasola type, owned by the victim.
The person in charge of the district board Lucho Reyes was present at the concentration, where those affected asked him to negotiate with the authorities, the immediate departure of the Haitian foreigners, before unfortunate events continue to occur.
