Two federations of breeding and production of llamas, alpacas, vicuñas and guanaco of Huancavelica, -activity that contributes to the reactivation of the country’s economy and regional trade-, were recently registered by the National Superintendence of Public Registries (Sunarp).
With their registration with Sunarp, the Provincial Federation of Breeders of South American Camelids (FEPROCCASH) and the Provincial Federation of Breeders of Andean Camelids (FEPROCCAPH), were legally constituted with legal status.
Among the multiple benefits that this type of associations acquire when they are formalized, is that they have greater credibility and presence in the market, because people prefer to do business with companies formally constituted by a perception of permanence over time.
Likewise, they have easy access to special banking and credit products, since financial institutions always expect companies to be constituted as legal entities, in this way it is easier to access their credit products.
The federations that are constituted are made up of peasant communities producing domestic South American camelids (alpacas and llamas), indigenous communities, producer associations, artisan associations, conservationist communities of wild camelids (vicunas and guanaco) and other unions and organizations related to the sector. .
It is worth mentioning that belonging to these trade associations entails other advantages, among them, promoting strategies and mechanisms for the transformation and commercialization of products and derivatives of Andean camelids; promote comprehensive development projects and programs and promote rural tourism in the habitat of Andean camelids.
