From 12:01 a.m. on Monday, October 31, to 6:00 a.m. on Monday, November 7, 2022, the Land Transit and Transportation Authority (ATTT) reported that the passage of oversized cargo vehicles will be restricted at the national level.
The ATTT highlighted that only cargo vehicles that do not exceed 2.50 meters wide, 20 meters long and 4.15 meters high will be able to transit.
They reported that vehicles such as dump trucks, tankers and vans will be able to circulate regularly and without further restriction.
The entity said that this measure is taken for road safety, mobility and due to the massive displacement that is expected towards the interior of the country in the next days of national holidays.
He warned drivers who are caught implicating the measure, the vehicle will be towed, and a penalty will be applied with infraction number 25 of the Traffic Regulations.
