The Bolivarian National Guard arrested a subject in theft of materials within the facilities of PDVSA-Punta de Mata, Monagas, according to military sources.
The detainee is identified as Josué Daniel Guerra Coraspe, who was loitering around the Bariven warehouse, a subsidiary of PDVSA, stealing parts and pieces from the electric motors deposited there.
Officials from the Control Center of the state company gave notice to the GNB, whose troops detained the subject and seized 40 kilograms of strategic material such as copper and mechanical keys hidden in a bag. Guerra Coraspe was handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office.
