The Popular Association of Savings and Loans (APAP) “is a benchmark of good practices in the financial system,” he said Lawrence Hazoury Playspresident of the Board of Directors of APAP, when pronouncing a few words in a thanksgiving eucharist to fulfill the institution 60 years of service in the country’s financial system.
The Eucharist was officiated by Monsignor Francisco Ozoria AcostaMetropolitan Archbishop of Santo Domingo, in the First Cathedral of America.

Hazoury Toca stressed that the 60 years are the beginning of a great legacy that APAP continues to build with firm steps. “The future will continue to be challenging. However, experience has shown that this entity, attached to its social mission, is in the best conditions to continue taking on challenges and turn them into opportunities for progress for our saving partners, customers and collaborators”, he said.
“APAP is a benchmark of good practices in the Finance system. This has been possible thanks to the effort and commitment of many people over the years”, highlighted Hazoury Toca.
