Angola applies restrictions to contain Covid-19

While family gatherings in homes can only have a maximum of 15 people, who must have the vaccination certificate or the negative test for infection by the SARS-CoV2 coronavirus, which causes Covid-19.

Furtado highlighted the need to contain the rate of spread of the pandemic, as an uncontrolled situation could cause a collapse of the national health system and further affect economic activities.

Angola, he confirmed, will continue under a national sanitary fence, allowing the entry and exit of its territory for the return of national citizens and resident foreigners, official travel, humanitarian aid and medical emergencies.
