A recurring problem in Central America is coming down to South America. The case of the gangs responsible for crimes, assaults and trafficking of all kinds has severely hit Ecuador, whose government has taken a drastic decision: the State of emergency.
It’s It is issued, generally, in case of disturbance of the peace or internal order of a state, whether as a result of catastrophes, outbreaks of contagious diseases, serious political or civil circumstances that affect and prevent normal life.
Now this is lived not in a country that has suffered natural disasters but because of the presence and action of gang members in the middle of the world. Ecuador is a country with regular problems that make states of emergency necessary, such as floods, forest fires, landslides and volcanic activities, but now it does so for criminal reasons that cannot be resolved through the usual channels.
The attacks carried out by gangs in the same country against the same citizen of Ecuador have become very difficult to handle through the normal channels that have given them an exceptional legal tool. With these measures they want to control and prevent crimes, many of them related to drug trafficking.
Ecuador’s embattled President Guillermo Lasso has declared a fourth state of emergency in the violence-torn city of Guayaquil after a deadly bomb attack killed at least five people and wounded 17.
Drug trafficking is reaching these points of setbacks not because of the well-known natural disasters, but because of human disasters that do not occur by chance or by chance, but have premeditation and preconceived will by human beings, who have little or no humanity to make a government get to this serious level of stopping all normal functioning activity of the state because of highly dangerous criminals.

Ecuador’s interior minister, Patricio Carrillo, called Sunday’s explosion a “declaration of war on the state” by organized crime in the country’s largest city and has been labeled a terrorist act. The security forces will be mobilized for a month and will be allowed to carry out home inspections.
