Analyst affirms that voters are not interested in corruption when voting

Víctor Raúl Benítez, a political analyst, affirmed that he has a sociological reading in the sense that corruption is not among the priorities of the Paraguayan voter.

«Paraguayan citizens do not care that there is corruption among their authorities. It is more important the promises of employment, the promise that we will be better. They beat the fact that a person is upright, my conclusion is that they chose the slogan well”, he pointed out.

He regretted that the mafia does not worry the Paraguayan very much and this should worry Efraín Alegre, the opposition presidential candidate.

“People care little what the United States says. The declaration of significantly corrupt had no consequence. They gladly sell their votes. They are not worried because they are selling their votes to corrupt people. The moral culture is totally distorted », she declared.
