An alleged member of the criminal organization Tren del Llano was arrested in Peracal (Táchira), according to a report by the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB).
In this case, the detainee was registered as Franklin Rodolfo Punchiluppi Zerpa, from whom 113 cocaine wrappers were seized, with a gross weight of three kilos 975 grams, hidden between a bag and a pair of shoes.
Punchiluppi Zerpa was traveling in a public transport unit, coming from Colombia to Altagracia de Orituco, a city in Guarique where the gangster organization Tren del Llano has its main base of operations.
