The US company American Airlines had cut its daily route with Uruguay in March. At first, the most likely date to resume flights on the Montevideo-Miami route was the beginning of next summer, but now the airline has decided to advance its return. From American Airlines it will resume its seasonal service between Carrasco International Airport (MVD) and Miami International Airport (MIA), operating three times a week between October 30 and March 25and will raise it to a daily service between December 14 and January 1.
