American will resume the Montevideo-Miami air route from October

Starting in October, Uruguay will recover a direct connection with one of the main long-distance destinations of Uruguayan air connectivity: the Montevideo-Miami route.

The US company American Airlines had cut its daily route with Uruguay in March. At first, the most likely date to resume flights on the Montevideo-Miami route was the beginning of next summer, but now the airline has decided to advance its return.
