Simplifying your travel experience
American is making the customer journey easier with a new mobile app health documentation feature.
Customers can conveniently submit vaccination status and Covid-19 test results to enter the US as part of the registration process on the mobile app.
By using the app, customers do not need to see a customer service agent at the airport to manually verify their health documents.
