In turn, Joaquín Hendricks Díaz, former governor of Quintana Roo, will be the secretary of the Southern Border; Jorge Herrera Caldera, former president of Durango, will occupy the portfolio of Religious Affairs, and Salvador Jara, former governor of Michoacán, will be in charge of the Secretariat of Science, Technology and Education.
Added to these relays are those of Carlos Iriarte and Ricardo Aguilar, who will leave their portfolio in the National Executive Committee (CEN) to join fully in the work that will allow them to win the elections in the State of Mexico and Coahuila, respectively.

Once he took possession of his new positions, Moreno Cárdenas began work this afternoon with the heads of the various secretariats.
