During the early hours of this Saturday, criminals vandalized the “La Memoria” Theater, whose owner is the prominent actor, manager and theater director Alfredo Castro, which is located in the Bellavista neighborhood, in Santiago. As detailed by the protagonist of “I’m afraid of a bullfighter”, they used an iron to break the door and immediately started the alarm, to later steal various species, valued at 25 million pesos.
Castro denounced the theft of a light and sound table, a computer, a microphone and data. It was through his Instagram account that the actor shared the evidence of the damage, ensuring that, however, the programming will take place anyway.
“THEATER STOLE THE MEMORY! You have to be very miserable. We will do the function of Las Kory Warmis even with candles,” stated the message that the interpreter published this Saturday, after he warned of what happened in this artistic space, very relevant for the national theater scene.
“When they called us from the alarm, we went there and realized that they had taken everything (…) it was super fast, as if they knew where things were,” Castro added, in statements collected by Third.
