Air restrictions continue due to Covid-19

The National Institute of Civil Aeronautics (INAC) reported this Saturday that the area restrictions due to the covid-19 situation are maintained in the country.

Through a statement, published on the institute’s Twitter account, it is detailed that “exceptionally commercial air operations are authorized for the transfer of passengers between the Republic of Venezuela and the countries of Turkey, Russia, Mexico, Bolivia, Panama, the Dominican Republic, Cuba, Spain, Portugal, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Federative Republic of Brazil, Algeria and Qatar”.

Given this situation, INAC urges travel agencies not to sell tickets on routes other than those approved by the National Executive, as well as calling on the population not to purchase air tickets on routes other than those authorized.

With regard to Algeria, it should be noted that, for next July 27, the inauguration of direct flights Caracas-Algiers is expected, by the Conviasa airline.
