After it became known about the criminal withdrawal that the relatives of the two police officers and the Gacip volunteer, who were murdered on June 21 in the Los Cuchis community of the municipality of Porongo, presented to the prosecutors, EL DEBER had access to the document of agreement that the same relatives prepared before the Prosecutor’s Office.
EL DEBER managed to exclusively obtain the “Transactional, conciliatory agreement for the withdrawal of all criminal and civil action for reparation of damages with the accused Misael Nallar Viveros”. The one mentioned is the main defendant for the death of uniformed officers Alfonso Chávez, Eustaquio Olano and José David Candia Orozco.
The document, which is known to the Prosecutor’s Office and the Mixed Investigating Court in La Guardia, bears the signature of Liliana Sánchez Rojas (Chávez’s wife), Líder Candia (Candia’s father) and Rocío Magdalena Gonzáles Alcócer (Olano’s wife). , in which they recognize that, on the part of Misael Nallar, they never received any threatmore to the contrary, than of the relatives of the accused They have received understanding and financial help towards the relatives of the two uniformed men and a Gacip volunteer.
“Clarifying that Misael Nallar Viveros is an innocent person, that he has not committed any crime”, the agreement states verbatim.

In contact with EL DEBER, Echeverría said that she was always “the stone in Nallar’s shoe” for wanting to fully investigate what happened on June 21, 2022 and reveal the accomplices of this fact. He believes that, for this reason, they set it aside this Thursday, June 1, when the withdrawal was formally delivered; however, he acknowledges that they called her to offer her money to withdraw from the case, but says that she rejected this offer.
“I feel betrayed and used, because I was the only person who ever wanted to go through with this case. I even told my colleague (Juan Pablo) Ibáñez that he was corrupt for accepting this withdrawal, ”he lamented.
For your part. The departmental prosecutor of Santa Cruz, Róger Mariaca, remarked that the Public Prosecutor’s Office in this case, which represents a crime that must be prosecuted ex officio, will continue with the investigation which has already been made known to the prosecutors commission.
Regarding Misael Nallar, the Prosecutor’s Office initiated proceedings against him for the crime of murder, legitimization of illicit profits and for damage and deterioration of property and national wealth.
