After medical check-ups, they confirm that Senator Roy Barreras has cancer

Senator Roy Barreras had check-ups at the Santa Fé Foundation a few days ago, this Monday they confirmed that he has cancer in the digestive tract.

Until after 8 at night, Senator Roy Barreras has not spoken, but he did authorize making public the diagnosis of cancer in the digestive tract that was found after medical check-ups last week.

The president of the Senate, was presenting some health problems, for which he underwent tests.

The Santa Fé Clinic Foundation announced this Monday the discovery of the disease in the re-elected congressman, by the Historical Pact.

The public statement signed by Dr. Adolfo Llinás Volpe, medical director, indicates that “an injury was found that has been confirmed with pathology studies as an adenocarcinoma of the lower digestive tract.”

This diagnosis of cancer requires a multidisciplinary treatment, which will be carried out in said medical center in Bogotá.
