After a traffic accident, the mayor of Chacapampa is torn between life and death (VIDEO)

The accident occurred with a few minutes to 6:00 in the morning. The official unit of the municipality of Chacapampa in which, got lost and hit a pole and a house. The municipal authority, Juan Daniel Guerra Llacua (78) was seriously injured and was taken to the Carrión hospital where the doctors are fighting to save his life.

According to the first versions of the National Police investigating the accident, the driver would have been driving drowsy and a blink of an eye cost him dearly. As they passed through the Colpa Baja neighborhood in the Huayucachi district, the driver lost control, the unit hit a pole and then a house.

Also in the unit was the burgomaster’s wife, Ricarda Cóndor de Guerra (64) who was injured. The residents of the area quickly came to help them, but when they took Guerra Llacua out, he was unconscious.

Police from the Huayucachi police station took the mayor, his spouse and the driver to the Carrión hospital. Juan Guerra, was heading from Chacapampa to Huancayo because he had a meeting in Provias.
