AFP Popular explains why it has not delivered a pension

He stated that in view of this situation they once again asked Cruz Figuereo to deposit the corresponding documentation, a procedure that he has not completed so far.

He pointed out that this entity is not responsible for authorizing or declining the delivery of a disability pension, but that the documents required by the rule are sent to a medical commission subject to National Social Security Council (CNSS)), which is responsible for evaluating the files and deciding whether or not to approve each request.

He emphasized that at no time Popular AFP refuses to grant him the benefit demanded by this affiliate and recommended that he conclude the rigorous process.

He said that the AFP Popular complies strictly with the provisions of Law 87-01.
