In summary, the main fault detected in this Medicines Operation was the breach of Resolution No. 774 of October 7, 2019, which establishes the registration of prices on the platform available on the web, by private pharmacies.

Likewise, it is established that these premises are obliged to maintain price information, in a list in view of the consumer. All complaints about medicines are channeled through the Institutional Information and Complaint System (Sindi), through WhatsApp and Telegram at 6330-3333.

Cabamed is made up of 153 pharmaceutical products and its primary objective is to increase competition between laboratories and economic agents, so that consumers benefit from medicines at lower costs, by obtaining more information on prices that help them compare and make a better decision when you need to buy a medicine to treat a particular ailment.
