Judge Yudelka de León, of the Investigation Court of the Hermanas Mirabal Judicial District, imposed the payment of an economic guarantee of 30,000 pesos against Yahaira Margarita Curiel Hernández, while Brunilda Altagracia Rivas Paulino, alias Marilín, Ruth Noemí Almánzar Hernández and Madelin Nayeli Rivas imposed a payment of 20,000 pesos each.
Likewise, Judge De León ordered the periodic presentation for the four defendants and a restraining order in protection of the victim.
The aggression occurred during an incident that occurred between women in the Villa Flor sector, in the Salcedo municipality, on July 24, 2022.
According to the request for coercive measures presented by the Public Ministry, the action occurred when the minor, whose name is omitted for legal reasons, was walking with a friend along a street in the aforementioned sector.
