A woman accused of being the ringleader of the attack on Assemblywoman Muriel Cruz is sent to Palmasola for 120 days

In a marathon hearing that took place this Saturday on the 7th floor of the Palace of Justice, justice ordered to send Yuliana VA with preventive detention in the Palmasola prisonaccused of being the ringleader of the attack on the assembly member of the Movimiento Al Socialismo (MAS), Muriel Cruz.

The 8th Precautionary Investigation Judge, Anay Áñez Mendoza, determined that the woman is imprisoned for a period of 120 days while the investigations are ongoing. She was charged with the crimes of serious and minor injuries, political violence against women, public incitement to commit a crime, among others.
