As of this December 1, there is a new increase in the tolls of the La Plata-Buenos Aires highway and the routes to the coast, granted by the company Autopistas de Buenos Aires SA (AUBASA).
The increases in taxes to travel on the highway had been announced by the company on November 15. The increase in tolls it will be 90% from this month.
The concessionaire had made a request to the Ministry of Infrastructure and Public Services to raise the tariff for tollsand indicated that the total increases “are significantly lower than the Compensating Index of Higher Costs established in the contract.”
With the increase, fares in Samborombón (Route 2), Maipú (Route 2) and La Huella (Route 11) will cost $350, while the subsidized price will remain at $250.
Meanwhile, the value at the Madariaga (Route 74) and Mar Chiquita (Route 11) stations will go from $80 to $150. In both cases, the bonus rate will remain at $100.
For those traveling in the province, the amounts will be the same but $100 will be paid in Dock Sud and another $100 in Hudson during normal hours, and $130 each during peak hours. For motorcycles the prices will be $50 and $60.
While in the direction of La Plata, the booths of Bernal, Quilmes and Berazategui will cost $60 and $80 at rush hour. For motorcycles the value will be $30 and $40. Starting in March, prices will rise to $130 per station during normal hours and $150 during peak hours..

For those traveling to the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, The tax that the cars will pay will be $200 during normal hours and $260 during peak hours, and $100 and $120 pesos for motorcycles. Also towards CABA, the stations of Bernal, Quilmes and Berazategui will cost $160 in general and $210 in rush hour.
Meanwhile, the values of the Gutiérrez station will remain at $100 for cars during normal hours and $130 during peak hours; and $50 and $60 for motorcycles, respectively. The same values will apply to the South Dock for the vehicles that travel through the Southeast access to the City.
