The Ministry of Health of the Nation announced on Friday the extension of the national vaccination campaign against coronavirus for children between six months and two years of age with pediatric vaccines developed by the American laboratory Moderna.
“This is excellent news for the thousands of Argentine families who have been waiting months for the vaccination campaign extends also to the smallest of the house, that are the only ones that to date had not been included in the operative”, expressed the Minister of Health, Carla Vizzotti, after meeting at Casa Rosada with President Alberto Fernández.

As of July 25, Argentina will receive a first batch with 1.4 million pediatric vaccines from Moderna to advance with the inoculation operation of the kids. In addition, these drugs, which already have the approval of Anmat, will also serve to reinforce the scheme for children aged 3 and 4 years who have the complete guideline with Sinopharm, announced the head of state.
