He added that “this is aggravated by the situation of the war and to this are added the media that exploit the moody partnerl”, but at the same time highlighted Petro’s triumph in Colombia and to other progressive governments, as in the case of Gabriel Borich in Chile, and louis arce in Bolivia.
After a communication that he had tonight with the president-elect in Colombia, Alberto Fernández assured that this victory “it is a very important change for what Colombia represents and for what Gustavo Petro represents, for the continent that is demanding greater unity”.

“I am happy because I have a particular appreciation for Gustavo Petro. I know how much you have fought to achieve this result, I think that for Colombia it is a very important change. It is an expression of the will that Colombia joins the Latin America that intends to join and I think that Petro is a very important person to achieve that goal,” said the president.
