The Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, participated this Friday in the 25th Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum (Spief) where she condemned the impact of economic sanctions against the peoples of the world, referring to the economic impact it brought to Venezuela.
However, he assured that these measures are a “boomerang” for the US and Europe in their desperation to attack other countries.
He also stressed that they are a way of extorting money from the new world. “Unilateral coercive measures, of economic extortion, impact the lives of nations,” he said during his participation in the Forum.
He also stressed that in Venezuela “we have known how to resist, and we went from importing 80% of our food to producing 93% of the food consumed,” he said.
