The working group has considered this issue as a priority, since it could constitute the first step in a process that will separate the Minister of Development and Social Inclusion from the State.
According to the complaint, it would seek to disqualify Boluarte Zegarra from public office for 10 years for having infringed the Magna Carta by signing documents as a directive from a private association. By law, this is not allowed.

According to the Comptroller, Dina Boluarte intervened in the management of the private Association Apurimac Departmental Club, where she signed public documents as president of the Board of Directors. Such activity was carried out while she was working as head of the Development and Social Inclusion portfolio.
“This would be incompatible with her position as Minister of State, for which there would be an alleged violation of article 126. of the political constitution of Peru, a norm whose supremacy is recognized in article 51 of the same Magna Carta”, reads a document.
Faced with this, the vice president expressed through her social networks that the Comptroller General of the Republic has not notified her of the report where she is accused of a alleged violation of article No. 126.
