Adriana Angarita explains that the new ‘Conecta’ platform will help young people enter the world of work

The teacher Adriana Angarita, representing the Council of the Private Sector for Educational Assistance (Cospae), spoke about the innovative platform, whose name is “Conecta”, a space that connects young talent with business reality.

He highlighted that internship opportunities, internships and first job offers converge on this platform available in Panama and through the tool students from public and private universities will be able to access them.

The benefits offered by the platform are not only for students, since companies will be able to add more personnel to their ranks, they have the facility to choose the talent that best suits the demands of the company.

“We have to start generating measurable actions, we have realized that companies are open to including young talent in their workplaces, they tell us that they want to inject new talents, they do not have age parameters and that they bring a new look to their departments “, he said.
