In just six minutes, Operário turned a defeat at home into a great comeback against Ituano, for the 8th round of the Brazilian Series B. After being down 2-0 until the 35th of the second stage, Phantom got the triumph that took him to the seventh position in the table, with 12 points. The São Paulo team has nine points, in 11th place.

The hosts started on top and, 10 minutes into the game, Paulo Sérgio had already hit the post in one shot and scored a goal (later disallowed for offside) in another.
However, against initial predictions, Ituano came out ahead. At 17, after João Victor’s move on the left, the ball crossed the area and found Kaio, who kicked with the first shot to beat goalkeeper Vanderlei.
Right at the beginning of the second stage, things got worse for the Worker. At three minutes, after a free kick from the left, the ball was left for the Paraguayan Jiménez, free, touching Vanderlei’s exit to expand the score.
The Ponta Grossa team’s reaction only started at 33, when Felipe Saraiva was awarded a penalty. Two minutes later, Paulo Sérgio charged and decreased.

Two minutes later, after winning a tackle on the edge of the area, Júnior Brandão played between the opponent’s defender’s legs and kicked hard to equalize.
At 41 came the final blow: in a free kick, Rafael Chorão rolled to Giovani Pavani, who kicked hard. The ball deflected in the defense and deceived the goalkeeper Pegorari, decreeing the turn.
In the next round, Operário will play a duel between Paraná and Londrina, away from home, on Wednesday (25). A day later, Ituano receives Náutico.
