In front of more than 33 thousand fans who attended the Arena da Amazônia, in Manaus, Vasco drew goalless with Guarani, at the end of the night of this Thursday (19), for the 8th round of Serie B of the Brazilian Championship.
After this result, Cruzmaltino reached the 3rd position of the classification with 14 points. For Bugre, the tie represented a stay in the Z4 of the competition, in 17th position with eight points.

Even with a goalless final draw, Vasco and Guarani had a very busy match. However, the result had a bitter taste for the team from Rio, which lost the opportunity to draw with Cruzeiro at the top of the classification.
Another match that ended in a tie for the competition, but by 1 to 1, was the meeting between Náutico and CSA at the Aflitos stadium. The tie left both teams with eight points, with Timbu in 13th position and the Alagoas team in 16th.
