Before the announcement of Joe Biden from ease some sanctions on Venezuelain an interview with 6AM, the Venezuelan economist José Guerra, said that this could be an advance to resolve a political problem between the two countries.
Guerra considers that although what was said has not materialized, this would generate a resumption of dialogueor with the Mexican government, as well as the creation of a license for the sole Petroleum Company from the United States that is still in Venezuela, which will increase its protection and export, including to the North American market.
